This doesn't have hazelnuts...and you can use any kind of nuts for the crust. It's quite delish!

True, it just did not look good to me. While I can eat them, pecans are not a favorite.

My mom has made them with cashews, and I think walnuts, also...at separate times, of course.

Starting tomorrow I will be begin a series of dental visits -- always fun -- followed by another little outpatient surgery. Electricians will also be doing major electrical work on the building, requiring power shut-offs and disrupted parking. I shall need a big dose of PATIENCE for the next five weeks.

So, a couple of weeks ago, I bought a new (to me) newish phone to replace my 5-year old LG G5.

The main reason that I replaced it is that my LG G5 only (only??) has 32GB of internal memory, and it keeps filling up with the cache memory, and I now have to continually clear the cache to free up space.

My new phone, a Samsung A51 has 128GB of internal memory...that should take a LONG time to fill up!
