It got quite cold last night, and sometime after 2:00 Annabelle crawled under the blankets with me. I slept rather well, but I had a lot of strange dreams, of which I only remember fragments. One wasabout a bus trip that took a different route than usual. I remember more of one which seemed to be in some sort of lab, with bodies floating in tanks..

DR George, thanks for thew link to the Figaro production. The first act looks good, then the production startys getting strange with nuns and patients in the Countess' budoir. Seems to be a lot of sickness abouit thjis production.

When we're in these sub-whatever temperatures I leave the thermostat at basically the regular daytime level, and this time I felt a little too warm on waking up.

It was supposed to go down to 5, and today's high was to be 20.

Checking on current predictions, we might actually get up to 23 or 24. That's kind of exciting, isn't it? Then back down to under 10 degrees tonight. The weekend will be warmer, though, with highs of 31 and 32 or thereabouts. Which is: Freezing.

It is 13 degrees here with expectations of 26 degrees.....but tomorrow it is going to climb all the way to 31 degrees.

I cannot compete in the temperature competition, i fear.

It is now only 33 degrees. It promises to get much colder as the day goes on, but nowhere as low as 5. Thank goodness!!

Today promises a little excitement. At 1 p.m., I will have a doctor's visit either telephonically or online. It's my doctor's choice which it will be.

Did I say "excitement"? HEY! I live in the little, teensy-weensy town of Johnston SC in Edgefield County, and I take my fun where I can get it!
