Today was acupuncture, then I picked up some food at Julie's.

I hope the acupuncture helps, Jeanne.

Watching the original Suspiria, which I had never seen. It's amazing, even if it appears to have been filmed on a budget spent entirely on color. The dubbed voices are irritating. Joan Bennett is still wearing Hedy Lamarr's old hair. And Alida Valli thinks she's Ilsa, she wolf of the SS. And yet, it's very scary.

Jeanne, I am loving Safe Passage. I have about 100 pages left. Looking forward to finishing it.

I do expect to go back next week...hopefully.

Vibes you are able to return next week.

Thanks, Jane!

Bedtime once again.

Once again, it is hard to recollect the day...either the day I just lived or the one that will follow.

I'm up, I'm up - got in bed at six - so zonked - fell asleep and got up just before ten. I HATE doing that but I needed the extra four hours really bad. The problem with me and evening naps is I don't feel good when I wake up from them. I'll write some notes, shave so I don't have to do that in the morning, and then try to be back in bed by twelve-thirty.

I have never quite been the same since the surgery to pulverize some bladder stones. And the surgeon never once mentioned beforehand what some of the lasting effects might be.

I'm sorry to hear that you never fully recovered. Have you considered acupuncture? It helps with so many things. I hope you find improvement.

When my sleep cycle gets out of wack I find it difficult to get it back to normal.

Well, I'll probably (hopefully?) do some laundry.

I also have a couple of DVDs from the library that I really should watch.
