I had a thoroughly unremarkable day in practically every way.

My first order of business was to take my meds, including the steroids I was prescribed for my back pain.

I went to get mail, and became engaged in a lengthy conversation with a guy I know from church at the post office.

I then went to the Triangle Grill and had lunch...a chili slaw dog and sweet potato fries.

I came home and called my cousin Debra to find out if she wanted me to help her haul trash from her dad's house to the town trash facility (recycling, trash, etc.). She had decided not to do that today, so I was good with it.

I lounged/lazed/lolled most of the day away. I baked some salmon for my dinner.

I watched TV and played with my iPhone.

Ah, what a life.

Actually, I am ashamed I didn't have it on my list. I LOVE this film. Yes, there is corn, but the numbers are terrific. Don't much care for the operatic presentation of "I Concentrate on You", but the rest are first-rate presentations.

And "Damn Yankees" and "The Pajama Game" often get overlooked, but they are both pretty terrific.

Otherwise, I've just been relaxing - watched all the West Side Story extras, which were interesting, and then a documentary about a woman who was killed. I kept falling asleep because it just wasn't very interesting.
