We got the BIG annuity check today! We will be going to the bank. The attorney wants to see it - so we may not be able to deposit it today.....we shall see.......

Otherwise we will just get some tax info from the bank.

DR RON PULLIAM our attorney is just being helpful and making sure we follow all guidelines. He called and said a copy will be fine. My sister and I are executors/personal representatives/administrators.

It is deposited. We could not do anything money wise until THREE MONTHS after we were officially appointed, and that was December 2.

So now - we want to talk to him about the first check to the 24 gaping maws.....and what we want to keep in the account.....probably about $50,000 for taxes, etc.

Can't you simply take photos of both sides and send those to him? Never mind, I see a copy was fine.

I'm up, I'm up - six hours of sleep. It would have been more but the computer decided to be dopey, froze, shut itself down all by its lonesome, restarted all by its lonesome, and then nothing worked as it should so I shut it down manually and restarted and then it got better, although trying to get the music files from the thumb drive to the desktop was really slow and eventually I gave up. Hopefully, that will have sorted itself out because it should be instantaneous.
