OK. It's very late here. I'm only on because the cast went out after the show, and I'm just now getting home. Off to bed now. "Good night, sweetheart. . . ."

Wing is very scary.  Especially her Carpenter's covers... very scary.

Agreed. But fun, nonetheless.

Oh, that was Wing you were playing in the living room. I thought the cat was caught in something.

Happy birthday to Anthony! I know this is a little late, but there it is.

What an extraordinary day and evening of postings!

I shall now hie myself off to notesland, and yes, Virginia, we will have an Unseemly Trivia Contest.

Wow, an explosion of posts!
Hope Ben's Anthony had a great birthday. I don't think I can meet up with you fellas tomorrow. My eldest sis just arrived in town from California and she's gonna drag me around the city, and then to a ball game, even though we are both recovering from colds. Anyways, we must all meet up one o' these days.

Mrs. Miller rocks. I am seeking her rare third LP on Amaret Records.

Elmore, did you ever see that dark '80s failed Wizard of Oz sequel RETURN TO OZ? It's a movie that would never be made today.

With a sad lament my dreams have faded like a broken melody
While the Gods of love look down and laugh at what romantic fools we mortals be
And now..
I know my love was not for you
And so I take it back with a sigh
PERFIDIOUS one, goodbye!

Seriously, your Tommy missed your show?  As in the charactor... isn't he the other half of Winnie, or am I just hallucinating?

Maybe your Tommy thought he was in Brigadoon.

Thankfully, he only missed one scene, and it was covered quite nicely by our Annie, Winnie, and Dolly.  Thing is... this is the second time in just four performances that this guy has missed a freakin' scene!

Gosh dang, that was a lot of posts to read through!

And I have 9 minutes to get my media check in:

CD: EBB TIDE: 15 wonderful, varied versions of EBB TIDE, one of my favorite songs...courtesy of our DJ from down under DR Tomovoz!

DVD: Just arrived DVDs of TV shows PRIVATE SECRETARY and SKY KING.

VHS: Nothing.

I'm now happy to say that I now have all Theatre Worlds in jacket except for five issues.  I think the hardest one to get will be volume one - I can't find one at any price on the Internet.  There are a few available in paperback, and one or two in hardback sans jacket.  I think by next week, I'll have all but two, pretty good, I think.  I'm loving having these Theatre Worlds.

Where is he when he's supposed to be onstage??

I was doing I Remember Mama a few years back as Papa, and I had a scene that began with me clowning around with my youngest daughter with some sugar cubes. Curtain opens, lights up, me at kitchen table, NO DAUGHTER! I ad-libbed something lame like, "Such a morning!" It was a nightmare. Then as another actress shows up to cover, the daughter comes running on. She had been having fun with friends and forgot about her scene. Egads!

I'd love to have enough energy to do the Lambada. Alas I haven't and it is forbidden by my nurse.

Even a gentle, healing Lambada, Tomovoz? Healing Lambadas are all the rage here in the States. Healing Lambadas with Aloe.
