I'm interested to read the Paul Ford book, but that cover is the most amateurish thing and it's because it's "published" by a guy who some of us know that just decided he'd publish his own stuff. But if you're gonna do that then DO it right. I've thought about having a Kritzerland publishing thing but I'd have to do it right and that's the problem - it's not my field.

I've spent the morning cleaning up the manuscript of Annabelle & Thatch. Fingers crossed, a publisher has asked to see more of it.

That's great, Larry!

It looks like we will be delaying our trip :(

Darn.  That's too bad, Jane.

DR John we planned to go to see the kids in April, however, we had to wait for Bryan's schedule which was done unusually late.  In the last two days prices have sky rocketed and convenient flights are gone.  I hope you didn't have the same problem booking your flight to Greece.

That’s why I bought them. Not higher than four years ago.

Great, and very lucky for you.

Very nice mention of you in castrecl today, Elmore.

Roger Grodski's Guys & Dolls post? I think they were the first group to perform the new materials with the full orchestration.

Well, after my optimism yesterday, the recording project took a real nosedive this afternoon.

I'm really not understanding this up and down with the recording project. Why is there so much drama? The people involved? Logistics? Money?

Guess I'll go pick up a package then go somewhere and have a meal and continue proofing.

Today's topic title keeps reminding me of the "Corn Puddin'" number from Schmigadoon!

Those of you receiving the new round of covid tests, what did you receive and what is the expiration date?

When did you post that link about the tests, George. I’ve been too swamped to think straight.

It has mostly to do with the fact that what I thought was the umbrella company now says no, and I am not enough business savvy to run an LLC.
