I liked to do the dances that I saw on American Bandstand - and of course my sister and I were featured dancers on a local version of the show for about four weeks.

Our career was nipped in the bud when the host suggested that my sister needed to wear her skirts much shorter.

It is now time to visit the postal office to see if anyone has sent me anything.

One never knows. In the four-and-a-half years that I have been here, my post office box has been empty maybe four times. Of course, not everything put in that box is worth receiving. But, still....

I could go to the Triangle and get something. Or, I could wait until noon and go to 3rd Generation for a nice meal.

Or, I could drive over to Edgefield and avail myself of Park Row No. 1 or the Pool Room.
