DR ChasSmith has given me an idea. Just post random album covers, with no comment or context.

St Joseph did his job - our realtor messed it up.

DR JEANNE I called our realtor Roger because of the cartoon in from yesterday of a cymbal player in the orchestra.....with only one cymbal.

We received a very GOOD offer - contingent on the buyers selling their house with 21 days and if we get another offer, they had 48 hours to meet it or step away and their house had to go on the market on Monday.

Our realtor decided that we should only give them 24 hours and their house had to go on the market that afternoon - yesterday.

They walked away - we gave them an out and they took it.  ALL OUR FAULT - I should have told the realtor NO - but you think someone you are paying all that money to knows what she's doing....

Ya think?  I don't think we'll get an offer that big again.....

Saturday.

Yesterday my new [to me] phone arrived.  I couldn't figure out how to get it working.  My sister and I took it over to the Verizon store about a mile away.  The guy there took the SIM card out of my old phone, put it in the new phone and DONE!!!

iPhone 7 - which isn't near the latest and greatest - but it is newer than my iPhone 5!

I just made a list of all the things I want to accomplish this weekend. There is simply not enough time. I'm going to have to lower my standards, I think.

I am flying to California in three weeks, so I thought since I qualify for the booster, I should get it.
