I fellow actor at rehearsal said something to me....why don't you try....and it was so obvious, I am appalled I didn't even think about it....so on Thursday there will be a NEW wrinkle in the fabric, so to speak.

The prospective buyer has to have an appraisal.....for some reason the realtor said we may close the first week in July....but that seems like a long time....thanks to all for the vibes.

I can wait until July as long as the damned thing sells once and for all.

Does anyone else remember a 1984 film about a computer who falls in love with his owner's girlfriend?  Bud Cort was Edgar the voice of the computer......

It was a very fun and prescient film.
