I know that what is it, fish? was yesterday's TOD, but tonight's dinner was so simple and yet quite delicious. Salmon fillet, drizzled with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper, and baked at 425 for 12 minutes. Then slathered with lemon juice and a bit of mayo. Yum!

The brother-in-law was back in the hospital for a bit of heart arrhythmia, but is now back home again. Baby steps.
