DR Ginny what is the best discussion your book group recently had?

The Midnight Library was a good discussion.  And I think I missed a good one when we were in Michigan.  It was a Joyce Carol Oates round table and, apparently, the overall consensus was not favorable.  But sometimes the best discussions are of books we didn’t particularly like.

In that last one, I'm shooting from my keyboard, and going around clockwise from there are the guitarist (2 guitars), electric bass, drums, conductor/keyboard 1, and reed doubler.

There is no additional space in which to swing a cat.

Oh no, I wouldn’t survive in that cramped space.  Honestly, they couldn’t pay me enough.

Auditions for JOSEPH are one week from this Sunday.....so I'm working on my rehearsal schedule and audition form.

Print out the audition form on a variety of colored paper.  Get them thinking TECHNICOLOR!

I had an earworm that would not quit, and most annoying, I could not identify it.

I had one like that a couple of weeks ago.  It drove me crazy for a week.

"It's a privilege to educate yourself about racism instead of having to experience it."

True.  I have experienced it but not to the extent others have.

And that is hard for me to understand.  I never had any idea that there was such a thing as Jewish discrimination., until I was an adult.  I know, stupid me,but I had no experience with it.

So, I left my mom's and went shopping for my sister, then came home and took an impromptu nap. ::)

My sister and her boyfriend are on the board of Olympia's chapter of PFLAG and they're going to have a table (booth?) at the event.
