Completed the Orientation to Anti-Racism training. Lots to think about. I am glad I attended.

Mom was connected to some machine that blared for more than two hours. Both my sister Linda and I called to get a nurse to stop it. Mom was going crazy. I could barely hear her over the beep and vice versa. They’re keeping her overnight because they think she’s too weak.
