Talked with Mom. She didn’t get home until 12:30 this morning. She’s tired. But she’s relieved to be out of the hospital.

We got our travel driver licenses today. And a new license plate for the car, because the original has become so worn it's almost illegible. That has never happened before.

I'm house checking for a friend. She has an herb garden, and I'm free to harvest. My house smells good with the tomato sauce cooking.

Wow, how long have you had the worn out license plate?

In Washington we had to get an enhanced driver's license which cost more.  Did you need to pay extra for your travel license?

Thank you for all the vibes and prayers for Mom. In case I have to fly to Louisville quickly, I have been told the closest airport in Wyoming is actually in Denver.

I have no idea when I will actually read 'Tis the Season to Be Murdered.   Aside from my eyes, I usually save holiday books to read during the holiday season.  I just might do that with this one.  It gives me something to look forward to since we no longer celebrate Christmas.
