Welkl, Access-a-Ride came through with flying colors today! The first driver was 25 miutes late, but they warn us to allow for 30, and the ride was smooth and the driver very kind. Fifth Avenue is one-way downtown and the building I was going to was on the right side of the street, but because of the bus lane, he had to let me off on the left side.. The driver walked me across Fifth Avenue, where soem drivers would have let me go it alone, It was scary, but he was a saint.

The ride home was on time, and when he called to tell me he would be there in five minutes, I warned him about the bus lane and told him I'd meet him across the street. I made the crossing and her literally pulled up, He was a 31 year-old Moroccan wrking on a business degree,and so kind and helpful. I was very lucky today with the transport.

So, for the first time in three and a half years I saw an eye doctor. After checking my vision (20-70!), she put drops in my eyes, checked them out, photographed the back of my eyeballs and told me I have cataracts, no sign of glaucoma, and pretty good pressure. She decided that before I get new glasses, I have cataract surgery. I agreed to it.

At thew moment, my eyes are killing me and my vision is really blurry.

The 50th anniversary tour of Jesus Christ Superstar is in San Antonio right now through Sunday. Are you by any chance ushering or attending or going to be around there at all? What I'm looking for is the page in the program listing the musicians. I can find cast etc. online, but nothing on the band or orchestra. If you or someone there could grab and post or email an image of just that page, 'twould be greatly appreciated. If not, no worries! Either way, thanks!

Last month I posted that the CDC had told people to ignore the expiration dates.  Most of the boxes were dated for July and August, but they were all good thru the end of the year.

That is probably why I was sure it wasn't truly expiring and looked it up.  Thank you.
