Listening to a book on microbes called I Contain Multitudes. Fascinating doesn’t begin to cover it. I learned tonight why oxilates are hard on some bodies (like mine). There is a probiotic that will kill oxilates, except in human bodies. They’re working on it.

Something truly disgusting ahead.

The book also goes into coprophagy, the act of eat feces. Apparently quite a few animals do this, and it’s beneficial to their health. While he wasn’t suggesting we do this, the author does go into fecal material transplants, which are helping thousands of people. And there are even stool banks to store frozen examples of good stool.

Thankfully the author also has a good sense of humor about it all.

Now if they can just get something on Mike Flynn, Bill Barr's meddling that set him free may be undone.

We had a wonderful dinner, they put us in a very quiet spot and we talked and talked and talked. The food was delicious, the service was good, (not great but good) it was an expensive night but how often does my mom turn 50?
