But the staff in Tennessee caught the little package attempting to board a truck for Texas and scanned it, and told it it must go to New York that night!

But unbeknownst to the postal workers, the package was crafty and slipped away, and hid for the night

Alas, come the light of day, the sleeping package was discovered, and despite its protests it was scanned once again and firmly escorted from the Tennessee station

The United States Post Office went so far as to send me an email claiming the package would be delivered, along with a bill, an advertisement, a begging letter and the local free advertising newspaper, to my very own mailbox, this very day!
