Pie!

the pie looks lovely. Are those angels on top?

They’re supposed to be dancing angels.

The Northman was laugh out loud silly. Imagine Hamlet as written by one of those chimps banging around on a typewriter.

Starting a Criterion film called Farewell Amor. It’s about a man who reunites with his family years after he emigrated to the U.S.

DR George thank you for the link to the story.

My pleasure and glad you liked it!

DR Vixmom didv you read it?

T.O.D.

Ludwig van?  I didn’t realize that he wrote any classical music.  I just thought he was Donald’s uncle.

This new television is working my last nerve. I don't know if it;s the telly, the cable box, the cable, or my incompetence, but I turned the TV on at 6:09a.m., and finally got service at 7:20a.m. Jeez!

Can’t you ask Ann to check out what you are doing?

Fidelio in Cleveland is Betty White's new series I think.

Don’t be silly, Jrand.  FIDELIO is that musical about the mayor of New York.

Anyone interested in Hulu, Keith said you can get a free monthly trial right now.  We did, even got the no commercials option.

And if you should happen to go over the 30 day free trial, it is only $12.99 a month without commercials

I just hear Trump's whining at last night's rally about the Jan 6 Hearings claims: I will never understand the fools following him like lemings.

I keep watching in hopes I'll actually see a bullet pass through that emotionally dead brain.

But I'd be just as gratified to see that Hillary meme come true. Please God.
Please? Do I ask so much?

Chas, I don’t understand what that means.

Jane, many Russians were absolutely appalled when Ukraine was invaded, hate Putin, and felt they could not stay, partly because the government is cracking down on all dissent and partly because they felt they couldn't be a part of such atrocities. Others, many in the arts, have left because they needed freedom to travel to pursue their careers. Many, many Russians have left permanently. Russia is experiencing a real brain drain.

I think the brain drain started the day Putin took power.
