I am so happy to see the end of this wretched month, although I don't know that September will see any improvement in my pathetic existence.

My left leg, which was until about two weeks ago my stronger leg developed what seemed to be a charlie horse in the calf. Not long after that, trying to rise off the fllor, I felt terrible pains in the bottom of my foot, just under the arch. Since then my left leg has become more decrepit. Tomorrow I am supposed to see my podiatrist, so IO'm hoping we can discuss this problem.

I had a rotten time getting to sleep last night6 because of all the current issues with my left leg and foot. I finally fell asleep with Annabelle and Thatch some time after 9:45, woke up around midnight, had a problem getting back to sleep, When I finally did, I slept very well until around 4:30. IO spent the last hourt before the alarm rang trying to find a comfortable position for my leg.,
