Yes. HHW is beginning its 22nd year. When one is born, one is zero years old, but one is beginning one's first year. Ergo, when one reaches one's 21st birthday, one is then beginning one's 22nd year.

While I was hoping for a Blue sweep, it didn't happen, and I remain saddened that so many fools voted Republican, given all their corruption and ties to treason and sedition. I don't want to live in a country where everyone thinks the same as I, but I would like to think I live in a country where humanity, intelligence, and common sense carry the day.
