I want to make mushroom pot pies soon. Bought the mushrooms today. A mix of Asian beauties. But I have two questions for you pot pie lovers:

1. Pie crust on top and bottom or just puff pastry or pie crust on top?
2. There are carrots, onion and celery in the base for the filling. Add peas or not?
