An interesting topic for future reference could be about our visits (or not) to psychics. I have a theory that women are far more likley to visit a clairvoyant than are men. Are men more sceptical about such things? Good point TCB - about John Edward.

I think everybody oughta get off of Prince Charles' ass (so to speak).  I think he gets a bum rap and is actually one of the more with it royals (even given Camilla...we all have our Achilles' heel).  Precious Diana was no bed of roses and could be immature and manipulative.  It was really a case of two people thrown into an untenable situation by the strictures of royalty.  Neither were particularly bad, but they should have never been together.

Ozzie:  Why do you think George isn't posting more?  Do you think he is eating the rest of last night's caramels?

Which reminds me. I have not listed to that musical "Caramelina" (sic) for a while. "One More Walk Around The Garden" is quite delightful. Another reason for me ignoring the existence of "Mama Mia".

DR Ron, I agree about the O'Toole CHIPS.  I've got a real soft spot for that film.  It's sort of my wife's and my movie.  O'Toole's astounding and everyone in it acquits themself well.  Not the least of which is the ex-Mrs. O'Toole as the divine Ursula Mossbank.

Charles:  Who do you mean exactly, when you say they should get off Prince Charles ass?  And in regards to what?  Are you talking about the press, or the people here in America, or the British people.  I don't think Americans have any concept of what the royal family means to England or to the British people.  And as for the press, they are going to be the same, no matter in what country they reside.

George: I never cease to be amazed at the trivia that resides in the memories of Hainsies and Kimlets.

Tom, you can't begin to imagine how often I surprise myself!   ;)

No, actually I'm eating my salad from Wendy's...and it takes a long time to catch up on reading posts (since post #165) while eating a salad.  I do have a few left-over caramels (very few) but they'll be saved for another day.

After work today, I ushered for a concert by George Winson, here in Olympia.  He's good.  His music is little monotonous for my tastes (a very cynical friend of mine says "masterbatory"...but I don't), but he has real skill as a pianist...unless he doesn't know how to read music.  For some reason, watching him play (without any music) made me wonder.  I'd read that Vangelis doesn't know how to read music.

Well, since it doesn't look like we are going to make it to 600 posts today, I might as well say Good Night.
