I'm up, I'm up - I could not fall asleep and didn't until seven - so eight hours but my day is totally screwy now and I doubt I'll get more than ten pages done at some point, but we shall see. I have to futz and finesse in a few moments. The good news is a Major Miracle happened so that will alleviate some stress.

Marshall has all the takes of a scene in a folder in the Avid, so it's really simple to call up another take and check it out, then swap it if we think it's better.

Starting Purple Noon, which I don’t think I’ve ever seen. They misspelled Nino Rota’s name in the credits. They have Nino Rotta. Either way, the score is lovely.

I loved Patricia Highsmith’s novel and the remake, The Talented Mr. Ripley.  Since do many used the title to describe George Santos or whatever that liar’s name is, I thought I’d give it a try.

I was going to go soon, mail the package and get stamps.  Now I am less motivated to mail the package-lol
