We were without power for almost two hours this evening.....

I heard a loud explosion just before it happened.

I am guessing it was a meth lab exploding or someone's still blew up.

Oh my.

When we were first married I recall a loud boom and everything shaking.  It turned out to be a house
that had a gas tank explode

Keith's parents didn't live far from us and I remember his mother called to check if we were ok.

Good   I am sure we will be watching this.

It's on BritBox and it's in English. The main detective is the actor who plays the boss in Endeavour.

And his girlfriend is played by the actress who plays the Countess in Father Brown.

WFO is now having issues with his wrists, looks like from using the walker and putting too much pressure on his wrists

Poor guy.  I know I would have that problem if I had to use a walker.  Of course my shoulder would be an issue from the beginning.

We’re trying to arrange his transport back home and aides but tge social worker hasn’t returned my calls or been to see WFO

I've never been to an Aldi or a Lidl, and I'd never even heard of the latter until vixmom's post.
No idea how close or far I might be to either one. I'll check.

Same here, or I have seen them while traveling but not enough to pay attention and remember them.

When I used sweet onion walla walla dressing on my salads, I would often mash avocado on my salad and then mix it with the dressing before tossing.

I miss my sweet dressing, but then the added sugar is why I gave it up.

Someday I would like to visit Walla Walla. Just because it's fun to say.
