John, I had read about the new (?) medicine that helped reduce weight.  How long have you been on it? Is this why you were able to go off of another medication?

My weight is down and blood sugar is down, so I can take half of my metformin. Unless the numbers go up.

There are other drugs that help with weight loss. Ozempic is another.

I’ve been on my for three months.

I don’t have to see the doctor again for six months. And I am cutting back on one drug.

Blood numbers were better than they’ve ever been.

Not the Wilshire and it's a double marquee so probably is the Avco. My first guess was the Stanley Warner Beverly Hills but it's a double marquee.

We've had about 4 to 5 inches of the white stuff so far. We're expecting at least another foot by mid-day tomorrow, with winds 30-40mph, so treacherous conditions.

Another question:

I was telling someone about having seen The Thomas Crown Affair last night, and they asked what other films of that period utilized that wacky tiling system of showing multiple shots or scenes at once on the screen? I know there are other examples, and it's killing me that I can't come up with one.

Edit:  I don't mean simple split screen, which goes at least as far back as Pillow Talk. Brian De Palma is one who was big on that in his thrillers. I'm talking about multiple tiled images of various sizes moving around on a black background.

It seems to me the meds for diabetes all reduce, or have the potential to help with weight loss.  I need to stop this sugar binge I am on, cuz I will be in big trouble if I need to take these medications.
