Back from eggs Benedict at Hugo's, which, at nine in the morning, was jammed, almost every table full, so I was squeezed in at a small two-top, which I hate. You must understand, that heretofore, it's been half empty since coming back after the pandemic.

I was seated next to a party of six, and a loud party of six. Lots of show biz talk like "I gave an executive at Hulu all my scripts - she loved them but said they weren't for Hulu. Then she and her husband began talking about one of their projects, a reboot of - Gilligan's Island, with Gilligan and the Skipper played by women, and every other character played by every ethnicity, thereby checking off all the boxes. I  found it hilariously typical. i also knew who they were instantly - the Jubers - Mr. Juber married to the daughter of Lloyd Schwartz son of Sherwood.
