Zen’s partner was a professional photographer, back when, as one relative put it, paparazzi was a good thing. I hadn’t realized that he covered Hollywood events. I’d been urging Zen to go through some of his stuff, but he really needed some help with it. I almost volunteered a couple times, but I have plenty of my own stuff to go through.

This morning Keith dropped me off to get blood work then drove down the road to the gym.

I only had to wait 5 minutes before I was called in. It went quickly, then I walked to the gym to work out.

I'm glad we went earlier than usual, and had just gotten in our car when we received the news about Tom.

I did a fasting blood test, plus had to wait until after the test to take my thyroid meds. Then I had to wait an hour before eating. Once I heard the news I was no longer hungry.
