After the play this afternoon, my friend Shelly and I went to McMenamin's The Spar.

We both had burgers and they were quite delish.

I HAVE started reading it, but I'm also finishing "The Ink Black Heart."

Don't get them mixed up. Preview Harvey contains no ink black hearts, but it does have HEART.

Fortunately, we went during their afternoon 3-hour happy-hour, so it wasn't as pricey as it would've otherwise been.

Canada differences:
They call a garbage disposal in your sink a “garbuerator.”

McMenamin's is a company (I don't know exactly what kind) who buy old restaurants and hotels and places like that, and renovate them and, from what I understand, keep the original styles of the establishments.  Pretty cool idea, if you ask me.

I did know that.  A college friend from Canada who was going to Western told me that.
