If you combined DR George's and DR Jrand72's theatrical productions, you'd have Sunday in the Pond with George Goes Wrong.

And George would get wet.

George, healthy vibes for Mrs.

Thanks, Iris!  And I'm sure "Mrs." thanks you, too! ;D

George, I think your show opens next Friday night.
Very exciting!
In case I’m not around much this week, break a leg!

Thanks again, Iris!  Yes, we open one week from tonight!

This was my first Mother’s Day without my mother.
It was a tough day, as was the entire week.
I hope time really does heal everything.

On Thursday nights, every week some time around 1999-2002, Drew Carey  and the entire cast of “Whose Line Is It Anyway”, would work out their routines at The Improv.

We knew someone on their staff, so we always knew when they would be scheduled to perform.

Elyse and I rarely missed those Thursday nights. They were always brilliant, and so kind to us.

The audience laughed uproariously.

I love them!  They've toured (without Drew ::) ) and have performed in Olympia several times!  They have Always been absolutely hysterical!!

Well, this is interesting.

I just got told of a one-time reading of the play Steel Magnolias that two friends will be in, at the Mark Twain Library in Redding, Connecticut on Sunday afternoon. It would be great just to see the two women I know in this, but look who's directing:  https://bit.ly/3OpsoLL

It's almost sold out, so I should just go, right?

That would be really cool!

And my post right after that one was:
Quote
If other movies like Gone With the Wind and The Birth of a Nation, especially, are also so horrible, why are they continuously being re-released and watched?  People are able to put those into historical perspective...why not Song of the South?

Not only that, for many years (until this year, in fact) one of Disney theme parks’ most popular rides was based on Song of the South.

Yup.

I could have eaten before I left, not that I wanted to, except my breakfast is Goat's yogurt with blueberries and cinnamon.  I couldn't have calcium before the text.

DR George do you think you will spend the entire $200 on gas?

Most likely not.  I live fairly close to the college where we've been rehearsing and will perform, but others do live farther away.  Jed, for instance, lives in Tacoma.

I bet least 2.99 will be spent on a dipped cone.

I don't think I'll wait to receive the stipend to make that purchase. ;)

Vibes for DR ELMORE.

The Dream-O-Matic 6000 says that you sometimes wish things were the same as they used to be - but being a practical person, you realize things have changed.  You are weary of being owned by things you own - but they are YOURS and will remain yours.

Everything right now seems to take longer than it should - learn to enjoy the ride.

You continue to amaze me!

DR Ron Pulliam, I forgot to comment earlier about DeSantis becoming Mussolini, and I agree. I would love to see him shot full of holes and strung up. He's more dangerous than Trump because Trump is a fool; DeSantis is evil, and he is no fool.
