Also had no idea that he owned the Mayfair Music Hall in Santa Monica, right down the street from me in the 80’s.

My daughter has been sending me photos from Athens and Istanbul. They are really enjoying the cruise, and the numerous cats that seem to be everywhere in Greece.

Was feeling sad today, so I watched one of my favorite movies, “Charlie Wilson’s War”.

Great film based on a true story, with Aaron Sorkin as screenwriter and Mike Nichols as director, maybe his last film.

Tom Hanks was his usual excellent self, as was Philip Seymour Hoffman.
