Just read a fascinating article about a process called "white fonting."

Job seekers place key words from a job posting into their resume, but make the font white, so it appears normal to a human reviewer, but theoretically AI programs read the white font and so mark the resume as a match in their initial screening and recommend the resume for advancement in the process.
