After years of making lame grilled cheese sandwiches, I did a little research. Discovered that if you spread mayo on the outside and butter on the inside of the bread, it will pan-fry the way you want it.

My mom has done that, and it's not bad, but I just like the taste of butter so much more.

I do not think I would care for mayo on a grilled cheese sandwich.

I don't mind mayo in a grilled cheese, just as long as the outside of the bread has the delish flavor of real butter. 😋

Today I received a shipment of a nighttime drink powder that is supposed to help with sleep. In the bargain was an insulated thermos mug and a rechargeable frother.

I have never used a frother.

In the little instruction leaflet, point one:
1, To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put the device in water or other liquid.

Now, maybe I'm just delusional, but isn't the POINT of a frother to froth LIQUID?

It was just a displayed message, and you scrolled sideways to see the Spanish language version.

They just didn't specify which end of the device was not to be submerged.

You are putting the liquid inside the mug, not the mug inside the liquid

One surprise when I went to get my vaccines last week: they have retired the COVIC vaccine card. Since the U.S. Government is no longer distributing the vaccines, the CDC is no longer printing new cards. The pharmacy did, however, give me a printout from the state system showing a record of all my previous shots.
