I may, or may not, get my flu shot today.

I am way behind in getting it, but I figure it's best to do it before I have all my Thanksgiving week/weekend excursions hither and thither....and yon.

I am especially looking forward to yon, and I do not wish to be sick when i go there or get sick upon my return.

Remember it takes two weeks to be fully effective.  So go do it today-lol

Got a message this morning that Mom had a nasty fall and landed on her head. She’s in the ER, where they’re trying to stop the bleeding. She has a large knot developing.

Oh no!  MEGA VIBES FOR YOUR DEAR MOTHER!

Just heard that Mom’s CT scan looks good. They’re going to bandage her up and send her home.

What a relief!

All my goals were met...recyclables gone, insurance paid, trip to Aiken for flu shot realized, and a visit to The Fresh Market accomplished.

I would have gone to Sam's Club but had forgotten to replace my card into my wallet which I thinned down for my trip to the beach last week.  Oh, well.

The hospital found no signs of concussion. They said it was OK. She has had a caregiver with her
