I had a pretty good night of sleep. The cats behaved, Annabelle stayed with me all night. Thatch likes to come up and cuddle when the apartment gets really chilly, and Stella at the moment prefers to sleep next to the bed in a plastic tub.

Last night we watched Joan Hickson as Miss Marple in The Mirror Cracked. I knew the plot from the Angela Lansbury film version, which I enjoyed, but I really enjoyed the Hickson take with its wonderful cast - a lot of recurring characters - and humor.

I need to, like, learn to play the Drowsy Keyboard 1 book for the reading tomorrow.

And it looks like I have some other reading to do!  :)

I have to pay my property taxes, too, which necessitates a trip to the bank. Damn them. Damn them all to HELL.

Weird dreams. In one I kept thinking my feet were cold, but when I woke, my feet were fine.

Thank you to DRs Vixmom and Rodzinski for last night’s congratulations!

Now that the deal is done, I can tell you about the buyers of our house.  They’re young professionals - he’s an architect, she teaches nursing at Miami University.  They have a 5 year old daughter and a 2 year old son.

If I’d gone to central casting for the perfect buyers, this would have been my selection.
