Had a wonderful tour of the Annenberg estate, Sunnylands, yesterday. They are the TV Guide folks. The house proper is 25,000 square feet. It is in the Mid-century Modern style. Gorgeous!

He fixed the door to the furnace alcove....lots of nice things.

So it seems to be working. He also cleaned the aerators on all of my faucets.
