I was on the phone with Doug doing score corrections when there was a big crash behind me. I turned around and a shelf of books was all over the floor. I blamed Annabelle, and then Jen called me from the fifth floor to ask if I felt the building shaking. I didn't, and she said, I think we had an earthquake. I went back to work with Doug, and he had top leave by 10:30. So I cleaned up the books abd put them away.

And four hours later - it is done.

I also have new copper pipes a new gas fitting and valve.....and a nice overflow tank on top of my water heater.

He fixed the door to the furnace alcove....lots of nice things.

So it seems to be working. He also cleaned the aerators on all of my faucets.

I would hope at least 13 years...my water heater was new when I moved into my condo in 2006, so it's 17½ years old! Who'da thunk it?
