Last night I was working with the guys in the Rehearsal Center on the dance audition.....when the director came in and said: "....is here to audition."

I first met said person when she was in the ensemble of a production of WSS and then we worked on a production of A Funny Thing Happened..... She played Philia.

And then I cast her as Winifred in Once Upon a Mattress....and she was fabulous as I knew she would be.

She married soon afterward and moved on from community theeder.

Her last child graduated from high school last May.....and she wanted to do something for herself.....and she came to auditions last night.

Our pianist also played for my production of MATTRESS and her stepdaughter was also in the production.

AND she and her husband were in town to see the totality of the eclipse.

It was a joyful reunion as only a theeder reunion can be.
