Why would they have peach cobbler day in a time of year when peaches aren't in season yet?     ???

Maybe to sell more peaches when peaches are not in season?

Great news about a possible 2nd production, DR elmore. Take care of yourself.

TOD: We like lots of Marcella Hazan pasta recipes, including spaghettini with goat cheese, chives and chili; fettuccine with veal sauce; and spaghetti with tuna sauce. She didn't have a recipe for cacio e pepe, though. I finally found a David Kinch recipe that gave me the technique for the right sauce texture as well as taste.

I've almost finished the new Charleston finale. I think it's better. Also, there's been some interest in another production.

That's great news!

Ditto! :D

I had a nice session this morning with my arranging student. He turned me on to a wonderful group I'd never heard of, the Postmodern Jukebox. They are amazing.

Made a no-bake cherry cream cheese pie. Hope it’s okay.

Sounds like something that can't go wrong!

DR John G.'s musings got me to wondering how many films Alfred Hitchcock made.

If my count is right, I have watched 33 so far in this cycle.

A couple like Rebecca and Notorious are very well known to me, and I may rewatch them later.

I’ve been wanting to see “Driving Madeleine” since Barbra S.  mentioned it in her SAG speech a few weeks ago.
