TOD:

The very first time I reserved seats for a movie was for "The Sound of Music".  We always seemed to get the roadshow movies "Now at popular prices" but first-come, first-served on seats.  "The Sound of Music" was very different.  It was already the top movie on the box office when it reached my city in 1965.  I was there on the first night and everyone was very excited.  We were, none of us, disappointed, either!

Another Tuesday and it feels like the day is over much earlier than I wanted it to be.

I was up at the crack of whatever, had coffee, showered, dressed and got into my truck and drove to North Augusta for the first of this week's Stemwave treatments.   I must say that the improvement continues.  I am most encouraged.

I returned home (no stops along the way) and went to the post office.  There, for about the fifth time in six years, I had NO mail.  It's always a memorable day when my mailbox is empty.

Later, I went to the bank to make a deposit and then to The Triangle (Don't Be Square, Eat at the Triangle) and had hamburger steak and onions with gravy, creamed potatoes and stewed tomatoes with okra.  It was very tasty.

Here I am at home and cannot fathom what I have done since lunch other than putz around with my phone.

Sigh.

I have asked for an hour to finish Kansas City but I was informed by my c0-choregraphr that she will need ALL of tonight to work on The Farmer & The Cowman - which she has completed with no input from me....

Okay....she's says she'll just use the choreography she used for the barn dance in Seven Brides For Seven Brothers.....

I was reading William Goldman’s The Season on the plane. So much juicy and fun stuff in there mixed with antiquated generalizations about gays.
