Took out the trash because this morning was trash pickup and brought in the groceries

Then I put the groceries away and made dinner

Since it was by then 830 I just made smoked brats in brioche buns and beans

Then after unloading and reloading the dishwasher I made a chicken pie

So sautéed a vidalia onion, peeled and sliced and sautéed a lb of mushrooms ( cheated with the carrots and peas, just used canned) and trimmed and diced and sautéed 3 large chicken

And made a gravy then popped it all in the pie pan ( cheated with the crust, too….Pillsbury’s)

And popped it in the oven.

First time using the new oven and I was very happy with how evenly the crust browned.

I was planning to watch the Spaey documentary.....I have to jump through all kinds of hoops to get MAX to work....hopefully I can do so, but probably not until this weekend.

The next to last episode of YOUNG SHELDON last Thursday ended with the demise of the father, George.

It was very sad.....this week's episode will be the series finale....although Georgie, Jr. and his wife and daughter are being spun off into their series.

The producer/director has decided that we will do TWO episodes of the video series today.....so I have to work on scripting the surprise episode.

Maybe I'll just sit in a chair and do a voice over.
