Food intake for the day (I'm now done eating): Two hot dogs (if I didn't eat them and the two buns left, they'd go bad) - calories for the two, app. 660. An artichoke (60 calories - plus app. 300 for the butter, maybe - could be less). Melon chunks. That's it. So, I'm under the 1200 calories I'm allowed.

I went back to Macy's today and got two more pairs of pants, just because it's nice to have stuff that actually fits comfortably. When I lose the fifty pounds I want to lose, then these may not work or maybe they'll just be looser, which is fine by me. But it's going to be a slow climb to fifty pounds so these will be fine for at least the next seven or eight months for sure. I also have to take a bunch of stuff to the cleaners, and then I'm giving away a lot of clothes I'll never be wearing again. About time to do that.

DR singdaw as soon as DR ELMORE mentioned the COMPLETE Oklahoma! score here on HHW - I ordered it....otherwise I would not have known about it.

I made it immediately available to ANYONE working on this production. The pianist and my co-choreographer jumped on it!

It is a joy to listen to and an invaluable tool to anyone doing the show.

MR BK I have found it helpful to try not to eat after 6 p.m.

Good luck with that! I can't always stick to it....but it is helpful if only psychologically.

That's a lot of musical for an audience that is only paying $15 each.

I have to say that all of the young men I am working with in Oklahoma! are very polite and they listen and learn.

It gives me hope for the future of theeder.....well.....PCPH in any case.

I have one young man whose first show this is and he is having a wonderful time.....he says the dancing is his favorite part of the show.....

Four of them are high school students and they are a lot of fun to work with although one of them is a "leading" player at HS and the others are ensemble members so there is some caste system at work here.....I make sure they are all treated as equals in the numbers I am doing.
