Do her children want her to live with them?
Oh, yes. But she refuses.
I can understand that but it is nice they asked. We offered for Keith's mother to live with us. His brother moved in with her which was best for her as she didn't have to move.
I knew this 98 year old woman who had been living alone since her husband died a few years ago. Then, for about a year, her son just had someone come in twice a day to help with her breakfast and meds and to help her get ready for bed. Then about six months ago, she went from that to needing 24 hour care, to needing to be moved to a home facility, to dying just a couple of weeks ago.
