Day 3 of 90 degrees or above, so it's officially a heat wave. Tomorrow looks to be the same. Saturday and Sunday are forecasted to be only a couple of degrees lower, so who knows - it could go on.

Good morning, all.  Today is Thursday in the CSRA.

Today is "cubed steak day" at the "don't be square, eat at The Triangle".

I have a few chores and errands to do today.  Washing clothes is one, and getting some dessert peaches and extra sour dill pickles for my contribution to the cousin's day is another.

I too loathe Mr. Cruise. The only picture of his I liked was one of his first, Losing It. I disliked him immensely in Jack Reacher (I haven’t read the books), but Werner Herzog was a great villain.

Amazon delivered a package yesterday and the delivery person left it in the lobby under the mailboxes. Well, I went to pick it up this morning. The package was there, only it had been opened and the items removed.

I am very unhappy about this.
