My avatar is an old one from when I Blood Brothers with David and Shaun Cassidy and Petula Clark.

It was terrific. We saw it at the Music Box - with its stage door on the street.

I was sitting house left so I could see backstage a bit. I saw Petula Clark standing with something in her arms. Her GO light turned green - she walked out unrolled the carpet she was carrying - sand her song - rolled the carpet back up and walked off.

I never again though about telling the director I couldn't carry something onstage....but then there are union rules ....

Well I went to the theeder early and brought all of the furniture I wanted from upstairs.

I still need about six chairs, but they will have to be gotten by someone who can climb a ladder better than I can.

We were short three actors - so we skipped around a bit and brought the 87 minute second act in at 60 minutes.....

I feel much better than I did last night - and those who were there rolled with the punches with our new extra door.

All morning and afternoon I worked on a scene change blueprint for the stage manager so those things will go easier.

Tonight he decided to sit in the audience, so I had to remind him it was time for a scene change.

All in all we shall see what we shall see. But it's such an awkwardly overwritten play....and its time has passed.
