Well, you've read the notes, the notes were in praise of Blake, and now it is time for you to post until the comedy cows come home.

So, about the aforementioned photos that I needed to resize...here's the first one:

That's an area rug, not tile or vinyl.  We'll see how well/long it lasts.

I am beginning to feel like MR BK while he was directing 70 GIRLS 70.....

I shall not bore you with the details.....but nobody seems interested in doing this show or cares whether it happens or not.

I can't do it by myself and I am tired of the apathy of half the cast AND the backstage crew.

I am not sure now what the outcome will be - but I'm ready to quit....which of course, I can't do.

John that is a beautiful obituary.  Despite her many hardships in her youth, it seems she had a very fulfilling life of joy and cheerful service.  Sending you hugs.

I slept very well until 4:00 or so. I had been awake for some time, playing with Thatch, and I needed a bathroom break. After that I nodded and dozed. Around 5:30, Annabelle lkeft her princess pillow next to me to cuddle with me until the alarm rang.

This morning, Access-a-Ride will take me to the Lincoln Center post office to ship some packages I've been too poor to ship over the past three months. When I get home, I will dive into "Some People." We are doing all of Rose's songs first so keys for Audra can be determined.

Yes, as DR MichaelG pointed out, Finale has had a reprieve; my email arrived last night around 7:00.

Thanks for all the nice comments on the obit. It’s long, but then again, she lived 97 years.

My Beloved Monster still haunts me; I think of poor youn g Ching-ling often, and the final chapters, beginning with Carr's request to the dying Masha Be where I can find you, to its heartbreaking final paragraph  - perhaps projecting too much of the cats' end and mine - provoke me to unexpected tears.
