For anyone following the saga - the new actress was especially adept at following direction and blocking and her character was en pointe.....without wearing pointe shoes.The actress in the hospital left a message that I found when I got home. She has been released but she is on two weeks home restriction so she has to leave the show.I immediately offered the other part to the pointe actress, though she has yet to accept.
I certainly enjoyed her appearance on the Donald O'Conner Show - an afternoon talk show that was on for about a year....She was mostly surly. Her husband was on trial for dodging the draft and she was having troubles of her own. She wouldn't talk to O'Conner and snapped dumb answers....and finally said: "Why do you care? Just asked the stupid questions someone wrote on the cards for you."And O'Conner looked at her for a moment and then said: "Okay, sister, I'll ask you. How does it feel to be up the river?"The look on her face was priceless...
I wanted a refrigerator like DR GEORGE has, but it's too big to fit in my refrigerator space......
