Oh....67 degrees!

I may have to put on some long pants.....or did I already post that?

I keep hearing younger people using the expression of putting on "big-boy pants."  Are those just long pants - sung about by Mame in "Why did I ever buy him those damn long pants?"

I could look it up on google - but that wouldn't get us postings to get closer to Page 8. :)

We're busy tracking the progress of Hurricane Milton as my Dad lives in Sarasota. His place made it through Ian OK a couple years ago, but Milton could be stronger and make landfall closer to Sarasota.

I used to live there. What part does he live in?

He's on Tamiami between downtown and the airport. It's a well-built senior complex so they usually don't evacuate.

George, if you're online, or are back, could you commemorate vixmom's millstone?

I'm not George, but I think I can do that.

Is it possible people are brought here recently in googling for information about the production of DRAT! THE CAT! which BK is directing early next year?

I'm up, I'm up - despite the pounding and generator noise from the property down and across the street, which began at eight, I do believe I slept for - drum roll - twelve hours.

I was going to go to Gelson's to get something for food, but I do have pasta here so I may end up making that.
