I know a few French things - mostly stuff I learned from movies.

Ladies and Germs, an announcement:

I just got excused from tonight's rehearsal!!!  :)

The director needs to put one gal, who had to be away the past two nights, into all the dialogue. So they're going to work on that exclusively. That, and a few dance things that they already know all the "counts" for and can work on without me pounding on the ivories plastics.

Have fun tonight :)

I had a nice walk and it only rained for about 15 minutes of it.  I was dry by the time I returned home.

I'm kinda liking the music/songs from MAYBE HAPPY ENDING that opened on Broadway last night.

Here's one:

That's nice.

Rupert Holmes has rewritten The Pirates of Penzance. It is now Pirates! The Penzance Musical.

Finishing up a Russian-Italian film called Nostaghia. From Andrei Tarkovsky. Not my favorite. Very slow and not as meaningful as it purports to be.

This time around, I am going to try very hard not to take all of the daily outrages to heart. I know it will be bad. But I will try to skim above it.

So if a baby is born at 1:59am, and then its twin is born 2 minutes later, but the clocks were turned back and so now it's 1:01am, which twin is older? Because the one born second will be younger on paper, but the one born first is actually two minutes older?

You could also have the situation with twins born on either side of New Year's Eve. Minutes apart, but different dates of birth in different years!
