George disappeared with both his jam and his burrito.

I'm home.

The performer was Jake Shimabukuro, who is an amazing ukulele player!

What's REALLY cool is that he records a lot (most? all?) of his concerts, and you can download the audio of the actual concert that you went to! :D

I bought a couple of CDs, and they had laminated surfboards with a code to download the concert, and I got a couple of those.

My sister is on the board of the Olympia chapter of PFLAG and they're having a fundraising bazaar tomorrow, so I'll give her one of the download laminates to help them raise money.

Near the end of the concert, he came into the theater for a few minutes and I just happened to be right by the door.

Just as he was leaving, he said to see him after the show before I leave.  I said that I would.

When the fantastic concert ended, we volunteers have to go through the theater and pick up stuff that people leave behind, so I had to do that.

So, at the end of the concert, Jake announced that he would be out in the lobby after the show and if anyone wanted to meet him, they could!

I stood in line (I was near the end so that the regular patrons could go first) and eventually was able to meet him and express my appreciation at his talent and get a picture with him:

The two other guys with him (I forget their names, but I have a program downstairs) were both really good musicians, too!

The guy on the right (I just remembered that his name is Jackson) played bass.
