Just tried to schedule the MRI unsuccessfully. Even though the approved referral says head and neck, you still have to be put in the machine - they said they have an aroma therapy patch for claustrophobes and I told her they would either have to knock me out or kill me to get me in that thing.

If they are going to enclose your head to keep it still it won't matter if it is an open machine or closed.

We just got back from lunch celebrating my Dad's 100th birthday! Four of his nephews/nieces made it besides my sister, wife and me. Most of will be back for a second lunch tomorrow at his other favorite place.
